    Laws - View Law: INCORRIGIBLE

    Incorrigibility means the breaking of rules or laws that usually don’t apply to adults, behaving in a manner that that could endanger self or others, and refusing to obey the reasonable orders or directions of parents and guardians. Incorrigible actions include missing school, running away, and using tobacco and alcohol. (ARS 8-201). There are several possible outcomes for incorrigibility. These include being put on probation, having driving privileges suspended, paying fines for damages (sometimes called restitution) (ARS 8-323)

    My mom has began to hit me.She blame's it on my 'supposed' additude i seem to always have.I get very angry, CAUSING ANGER ISSUES.I talk to my councelor but she can't help.We are going through hard times right now. I ask my sibling who ran away to my dads when they where young what i should do.I've been spanked as a kid,but never hit so hard it has left a bruise on my head for a month.

    my son used to live with my mother in arizona now he got arrested in arizona but i live in california what is going to hapen to him it was for vandalism can he come to california to finish the rest of the sentence. he is going to be an adult in february 2008. what is going to hapen whe he turns 18. do i have to go to arizona for the court.?

    My mom died two weeks ago and I'm leaving with my 11 year old sister and my moms husband. She has only been married to him for 1 year. My sister thats 11 is going with her father out of state. My moms husband is trying to get custody of me and I dont want to live with him.
