    Joyriding is defined as borrowing someone’s car, bicycle, boat, or motorcycle without permission and with the intention of just using it for a while.

    Even if you are just a passenger, you are still responsible and if the vehicle gets damaged you may have to pay.

    Other penalties for joyriding are counseling, community service, probation, house arrest, detention, or having your driver’s license or permit taken away.

    i went joy riding once the guy left his keys in the car i ended up hiting a mail box then a stop sine shatter ing the drivers side windw cracking the front and putting a huge dent acroste the hood and roof!

    joyriding is fun until you get caught. the second time i did it i got caught by my dad. i was stupid enough to go riding for a few more minutes even thugh i knew he would be home soon so he got home before i did and noticed the car me and the car missing. now i have to get his trust back and that's going to take a long time.
