Laws - View Law: JOYRIDING |
Joyriding is defined as borrowing someone’s car, bicycle, boat, or motorcycle without permission and with the intention of just using it for a while.
Even if you are just a passenger, you are still responsible and if the vehicle gets damaged you may have to pay.
Other penalties for joyriding are counseling, community service, probation, house arrest, detention, or having your driver’s license or permit taken away.

People who joyride are just plain stupid. When people get in trouble for joyriding they say it isn't fair, but it is. You've commited a crime, and now you have to pay. If you don't joyride in the first place, you won't get in trouble!!! I think they joyriding law is a good one.

joyriding is a good law. people dont need to be taking others cars. 1.you could get in an accident and their are many repercutions involved with that. 2. you can really make some people mad when you do that. and 3. if you want to drive a car,... get your own!
