Question: I am 17 now and am placed on probation and I live with my parents. Do I still have the right to leave home when I turn 18?
Answer: When you turn 18 you will be an adult. You will then be able to manage your own affairs. You will also be required to manage your own affairs, and responsible for managing your affairs.
If you will still be on probation when you turn 18, then you will be responsible for complying with the terms of your probation, and you will suffer the consequences if you do not comply.
If you move out, you will have to support yourself in all ways. You will not be able to excuse non compliance with your probation requirements (that you couldn't comply, i.e. meet with your probation officer, because you could not afford gas for your car). That will be your responsibility to take care of.
For more details about how becoming an adult alters your probation you will have to talk to your probation officer.
