Question: I have a one year old and a good job and I’m about to be married why can't I move out now?
Answer: Arizona law makes your parents responsible for your well-being until you turn 18 years old or until you get married or join the military.
Also, Arizona law allows you to get married and move out of your house with your parents consent. If your parents agree to let you move out and get married, there is no legal reason why you could not move out and get married before you turn 18. (in the case that you are under 16, you'll need a judge's approval in addition to yout parents to get married in Arizona).
If, on the other hand, your parents object to you either getting married or moving out or both, they have a legal responsibility to provide for your well-being. In other words, they have to right to object to you getting married or moving out if they think it is not in your best interest.
