Question: What time do we have to be out of a bar if we are with our parents?
Answer: ARS 4-244.23 states that anyone under the legal drinking age is not allowed in an establishment during the hours when the primary use of the establishment is the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages, unless the person under the legal drinking age is accompanied by a spouse, parent, or legal guardian or is an on-duty employee. This same statute gives the city in which the establishment is located an opportunity to adopt regulations that are more strict than these. The City Clerk's office can direct you to the specific ordinances regarding alcohol for that city.
