Question: i just got an minor in possesion and a curfew ticket r the gonna take my drivers license away or put me on probation if i have prior offenses

Answer:

Under Arizona law, a person found guilty of being a "minor in possession" can be sentenced to up to 30 days in jail and/or up to $500 in fines. (This is a Class 3 misdemeanor). Each City has their own "curfew" laws, so it is difficult to say what the potential sentence is for this particular violation. Please search LawForKids.org for "curfew" to find more information on city curfews.

The judge has discretion on how to proceed with the sentencing for both offenses, for example the Judge could either place you on probation or put you in jail. The judge's decision is usually affected by how many and what type of prior offenses you have.
