Question: Where do I apply to be emancipated in Arizona?

Answer: Your request [petition] to be emancipated must be filed in the superior court of the county where you live. The court may have an emancipation form that you can use. A filing fee may be reduced or waived by the court.

I left home and my mom has been looking for me. I called and talked yo her and she said she just wants me to be okay. but shes always telling me when to leave, and always putting me out. how can I be reported as a runaway and be able to be emancipated will they make me go home? i am so confused i can provide for myself i got a job but so far i havent been home yet can the cops arrest me can someone write me back a.s.a.p please and thankyou.
