hi i live in england and i ave done some reserch on jobs fo 13 year olds and found out that you CAN have one as long as your emplie agrees to the terms set by the gouverment i no quite a few 13 year olds that have jobs at offices i.e shreading paper sorting their mail ect. they earn up to £30 a week and their emplyor is not useing them as child labor i dont see why there is a problem letting all 13 year olds having a job if they wish so as long as their background is good and have had good comments saying they are trust worthy
