Each person is different and works differently and has a different maturity for thier age. Why can't those with hard work ethics and high maturity levels work? I'm not saying that you should go and put a 5 year -old to work..but I am saying that maybe the age level should vary a bit. Maybe you should drop down the age level to 12. Well thanks for letting my share my point of view.
