Yeah ok, so some 13 year olds aren't that responsible, the thing is, others are. If they're not responsible when they're 13, who's to say they'll be responsible when they're 14? My parents are making me get a job but there's not a lot that a 13 year old can do, and I do not want a paper route. I'm with most teens, I think you should be able to work the same hours as a 14 year old when you're 13. If we're not responsible enough, then it should be the employer's decision.
