I think a 13 year old should be abled to recive a job because them haveing a job can keep them out of the streets selling drugs and stuff. the law wants to stop so much stuff as in drugs dealers and stuff,but what that dont know is that they start off at young ages as in 13.they stat because the can't find a job.
