If you can only get a job at 14+ but not 13 I don't see why were considered a teen. Besides parents are sick of kids asking for money. I bet that nearly 30% of kids in the US have to do some kind of crime just to get money. So crime would go down if 13 year olds could get a job too. Kids do learn mor with a job. They could even help parents with bills & taxs, they can buy gifts for people with the money they earned and not fill bad about not buying it themselfs.
