When you turn 13 your a teen, and you should be able to get all the other privlages 14-19 year olds get. Like APPLYING FOR A JOB, FOR INSTANCE. I mean, 13 is only one year off of 14 so why do 14 year olds get to apply for jobs and not 13 year olds?
