This law should be changed for anybody who is going to 9th grade and is still 13 because of a late birthday starting school too early,or skipping a grade.Money is something that we need just like adults do.Ya Know!!!Im going to ninth grade and i dont watn to go to camp beacuse my classmates will be my counselors!!!!
