Question: Do you have to have a passport to fly to New Mexico?

Answer:

This depends on where you are flying from.  If you are traveling from a foreign country to New Mexico, U.S.A., then yes, a passport is required if the person traveling is not a citizen of the U.S.A.  However, if you are traveling from an American city within the connected states to New Mexico, U.S.A.  then generally a passport is not required regardless of national origin.

Visit the US Department of State's travel information website for more information on passport requirements.
