Question: How old do you have to be to by tabacoo in arizona.

Answer:

In Arizona, it is illegal for a minor (a person under 18 years of age) to purchase, possess, or use tobacco products. In addition, any minor who has tobacco products in their possession is guilty of an incorrigible act.

Most stores participate in the "We Card" program, which requires any who looks under 35 to present an ID to prove they are 18 or older.
