Question: At what age do you not have a curfew?

Answer:

This depends on who sets the curfew - your parents or the city where you live. Parental curfew's are discretionary.  Meaning,  it is up to your parents what time they want you in the house.

In the City of Phoenix curefew is 10 pm for kids under 16 and midnight for kids over 18.

Visit the City of Phoenix website for more information on city laws and specific curfew definitions.

Well, I do believe that there should be a curfew for kids under 15 because I think kids grow out of ther "childish ways", and mature a little bit .But yea, if the parent says for there child to come in and there under age 18 they should lhave to come in.

10:00 is not late. You Don't Know what late is. Who Wants to come in the house @ 10:00 besides you. Just b/c you want to hurry in the house and read a book doesn't mean Everyone else does. 10:00 is when everyone comes outside so they can get away from the hot sun.
