Question: What do I do if I think I have become a victim of consumer fraud?

Answer:

If you believe you have been the victim of consumer fraud, you should first contact the company in writing and specifically request the relief that you fell is appropriate.  You may also file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

If you feel you have a problem with a company, you can also contact your local Better Business Bureau. To find out which one that is, go to www.bbb.org. I know because I work for one! :)
