Question: What is a contract?
Answer: A contract is "an agreement between two or more parties creating obligations that are enforceable or otherwise recognizable at law" (Black's Law Dictionary, 7th Edition).

In some states though, when a minor signs a contract it can be voidable by the minor. In the eyes of the Law, minors are considered infants. Unless your legal guardian signed consent, and you knowingly signed such contract, you might not be liable.
