Some things I believe when it comes to gun rights... Having a reasonable minimum age (between 16 and 21, I would say)for concealed carrying is okay. Most other aspects of gun carrying and ownership must be handled by the owner and seller of the weapon. The seller, if he believes it is right, may require you to show him proof that you have taken a course in gun safety. You may show him this proof, or take your business somewhere else. There is always a balance to be struck between what the gov't can do for us, and what we must do for ourselves.
