Question: What does consent mean?

Answer: Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The law actually talks about sex acts “without consent”. Without consent means,
• The victim is coerced by the immediate or threatened use of force against the person or property.
• Unable to give consent either because of age, alcohol, drugs, or some disability.
• The victim is deceived.
• The victim is deceived to erroneously believe the person committing the act is the victim’s spouse. (A.R.S. §13-1401).

Well if you look in the dictionary.. consent means to give assent, as to the proposal of another; agree. Or.. to be of the same mind or opinion.
