What does consent mean?

Consent basically means to agree, allow, or give permission. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The issue of consent often comes up in sex crimes. Without consent can mean: the victim is coerced by the immediate or threatened use of force against the person or property or that the person is unable to give consent either because of age, alcohol, drugs, or some disability.
