Question: If I am 18, and my girlfriend/boyriend is only 16 is it a crime for us to have sex?

Answer:

Yes, in Arizona. With rare exceptions it is illegal to have any sexual contact with anyone under 18, even if that person “consents” and even if you are the same age or younger (ARS §13-1405).

Im pretty sure its illegal, everything is illegal, but no one really cares until someone makes a big deal out of it, people and/or the law should mind their own business.

It depends on your state. Lots of states say the age of consent is 16. If this is the case, and you are 16 and he is 18, you are fine.

Age shouldn't matter for consent... It's unethical to say otherwise. Love shouldn't be restrained.
