Question: Well we had this date - I took her to a movie and dinner - and, you know - I wanted to go all the way - She sure was upset. So is that a crime?
Answer: Sexual assault is a crime, and a felony. Sexual assault is committed by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with any person without the consent of that person. Friendship is not an invitation to sex (ARS ยง13-1406).

My point was that it's not wrong to want to go all the way. This site is lying to you. You did not commit sexual assault by wanting to go all the way, even if she didn't share your thoughts. As long as you didn't do anything and kept it in your head, you're fine.

A girl doesn't have to say "no" for her consent to be not given. If she doesn't say "yes" then she hasn't given her consent.
