Question: I forgot to register. Can I just show up to vote anyway?

Answer: No, you cannot vote unless you have properly registered and your name appears in both the general county register and in the precinct register or list of your precinct and election districts (ARS §16-122; §16-125; §16-135 and §16-584).

Seriously, they want people to vote, but they make it more complex than it has to be. Just let us show up for the one day and vote. The more steps you add to it the less likely people will be to vote. I THINK i may have registered when i got my VA driver license a couple months ago, but i'm not sure and its a few days before the election now. Will have to check on Monday.
