Question: My husband and i were drinking and driving in Tempe, Az. We were pulled over at a stop light by two officers and we both received a Minor in Posession as well as Open Container in a Motor Vehicle. What kind of fines are we looking at and will this affect our car insurance?

i think that drinking shouldnt be allowed because drinking is most likely gonna cause violence. drinking can kill a person and other people who dont drink or smoke. so i think that drinking shouldnt be allowed anywhere.
