Question: what is curfew in kingman arizona? what are consequences, of curfew violation? what is curfew for friday night in kingman arizona? if you are a certain age say between fifteen and eighteen are the curfew laws different from the laws of someone under fifteen?
Answer: According to Kingman city ordinance Chapter 7. Article VI Section 7-204 the curfew for anyone under the age of 18 is 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. There are limited exceptions explained in the ordinance. For example when with a parent or guardian; for emergencies; with written proof that it is required for work. Violation is a petty offense and punishable by a maximum fine of $300.
