Question: What is the class of crime for a curfew violation?
Answer: Each city in Arizona may inact their own curfew laws. A city's laws are sometimes called the 'Municipal Code' or 'City Code.'

Everyone stays out after the city curfew. If you have consent from a guardian or aren't up to anything it should not be a felony.
