Question: Can you get a curfew ticket if you are in a house and your going to stay there?

Answer: No. Although curfew laws vary according to which state and city you are in, most curfew laws only apply to kids under 18 years of age who are not in a specific location. For instance, walking down a street.

Also, most curfew laws make it legal for a kids to be out after curfew with written permission from their parents stating exactly where and for what the kids is heading. It's a good idea to have a note from your parents anytime you might be out after curfew.

Cerfew laws are the worst thing in the world! If i were out with my friends and we were walking some where like some ones house or going to a bowling ally, i wouldnt want some cop telling me that i have to go home. we are old enough and i think we shouldnt have a cerfew. plus, were not doing any thong wrong, but if we are, then they should send us home.
