Question: Can you get a curfew ticket if you are in a house and your going to stay there?

Answer: No. Although curfew laws vary according to which state and city you are in, most curfew laws only apply to kids under 18 years of age who are not in a specific location. For instance, walking down a street.

Also, most curfew laws make it legal for a kids to be out after curfew with written permission from their parents stating exactly where and for what the kids is heading. It's a good idea to have a note from your parents anytime you might be out after curfew.

I think that curfew is for little kids like 10 year olds. If your parnets say you can be out later or dont care what time you go home you should be able to be out later. I think that cops are way to strict about curfew. They always try to find something to get you in trouble and its getting old.
