Question: Can you get a curfew ticket if you are in a house and your going to stay there?

Answer: No. Although curfew laws vary according to which state and city you are in, most curfew laws only apply to kids under 18 years of age who are not in a specific location. For instance, walking down a street.

Also, most curfew laws make it legal for a kids to be out after curfew with written permission from their parents stating exactly where and for what the kids is heading. It's a good idea to have a note from your parents anytime you might be out after curfew.

I think having a cerfew is good but also bad because in the summer the nabor hood kids and i like to play capture the flag and that can get prity late. On the other hand I think that their should be a cerfew because it's a little suspicus to have people walking around late at night.
