Question: Can you get a curfew ticket if you are in a house and your going to stay there?

Answer: No. Although curfew laws vary according to which state and city you are in, most curfew laws only apply to kids under 18 years of age who are not in a specific location. For instance, walking down a street.

Also, most curfew laws make it legal for a kids to be out after curfew with written permission from their parents stating exactly where and for what the kids is heading. It's a good idea to have a note from your parents anytime you might be out after curfew.

As long as a teen is on recreational outing, school related and job related events then it should not matter what time the teen comes in. Also, as long as there are activities that allow teenagers to participate and be out later than it should be okay. They actual have a reason to be out. Now, kids that are under age(14 and under)really should have no reason to be out past ten o' clock.

You shouldn't put this law on kids under 15 too because for instance I have a job and sometimes i work late so this isnt fair for you to be saying that the curfew should be for teens 15 and under because we have jobs too even though we dont have the ablity to drive we will soon and i bet not 90% of younger teens break the curfew its mostly older teens because they don't care as much as us younger teens so and you are being really rude!!!

I don't mean to sound rude but, most teenagers who are 16 and up work late and have the ability to drive. the laws should be set at 15 and under, not 18. There ae rules to be made rules to be broken and 90% of teenagers brake this one when they are able. thisjust puts tennage drivers on the road till their curfew not at a theater or another place that they are not driving.
