Question: If a school teacher tells me that I am not allowed to be on the junior high school campus after my high school releases me for the day, am I trespassing when I go to the junior high school the next day?
Answer: Arizona Revised Statute 13-1502 states that it is criminal trespass if someone knowingly enters property after a reasonable request to leave by a person having lawful control of the property. The school could take the position that you had been informed and knew that you were not allowed on the property after high school release.
