Question:

Can emancipated minors buy products you'd normally have to be 18 for?(spray paint, cigerettes, etc.)

Answer: Emancipation does not change the legal age required to purchase things. For example, the legal drinking age is 21, emancipation does not change the legal drinking age. Therefore, if a product has a legal age requirement a vendor will follow that law, including the purchase of cigarettes and other tobacco products.
