Question: Can I be forced to have medical treatment/exams required by law if I am only 11 years old?

Answer: Typically a parent or guardian of a child is the person who will make medical treatment/exam decisions regarding a person under the age of 18.  I am unaware of any laws in Arizona that force a juvenile to submit to a medical exam/treatment regardless of parental consent.  I would need additional specific information to be able to research the answer to this question.

My name is Jennison from OK. LFK: Why is only 6 letters allowed in a name? I've seen longer names. Anyway, I asked the question from Oklahoma. In OKLAHOMA, not Arizona, OKLAHOMA, can the law, the school, or my parents decide I, say, get the HPV shot?
