Question: i am 17 years old and have 2 children one 14 months and one 3 months with the same girl.Her family will not let us get married but they kicked her out and she lived with my family for 4 months. Then her parents made her move back home.I supported her while she lived with me.Does that constitute her being able to be financially independed from her parents so she could become emancipated?
