Question:

is there a requirement that involves education practice or training to be part of the us congress? If so what is it?

Answer:

There is no official “training” or “education program” for newly elected representatives or senators. The only requirement that is listed in Article I of the Constitution for Congress is that a House member must be at least 25 years old and a US citizen for seven years, while a Senator must be at least 30 years old and a US citizen for at least 9 years. However, this does not mean that Congress is not well trained. Members of Congress have usually had experience in their local or state government, have been well educated in law or politics, and understand their duties as a member of Congress. Most importantly it is the duty of Americans to only elect Representatives or Senators that are well “trained” or “educated” for their job.
