Say ur child doesn't clean up around the house so the stepdad grounds him with no ending time but the things he cant do is go outside or get anything like presents etc. His mom is in iraq but is married to the stepdad. The real dad wants to take him somewhere can the step dad stop the child from going?
Many of the laws in Arizona come from the Arizona Revised Statutes.
ARS §25-408 gives certain rights to the parents that kids do not live with. For example, parents are usually entitled to see their children. This right is sometimes put into a child custody order by the court. If the court has done this, then custody orders generally need to be followed. There are limits though. Custody orders might have provisions about taking kids on trips and a parent who wants to take a child on a trip somewhere may have to get the other parent’s permission. Whether your father is permitted to take you somewhere depends upon the custody arrangement made between him, the court and your mother.
