Question:

i am 16 and im married can i rent a hotel/motel go out out of town

Answer:

This answer is based on Arizona law. A valid marriage of a minor emancipates the minor. This means that the minor is responsible for providing for his or her own personal needs, and his or her parents are no longer responsible for him or her.

You may go wherever you want to go.

An emancipated minor may make a valid contract, and the contract may be enforced against him or her (you may be sued if you do not pay or perform under the contract.) If you rent a hotel room and don't pay for it, you can be sued and a judgement entered against you, which may be collected from your income.

However, your emancipated status does not require a hotel or motel to rent you a room. A business may have rules about the age of person with whom they will deal.  If they state that you must be 25 to rent a room from that hotel, then you still may have to be 25 even though you are emancipated.
