Question:

If I get emancipated in Arizona, can I move to Washington state and still be emancipated?

Answer:

Yes. If you become emancipated by a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, that judgment is entitled to full faith and credit by the courts of any other state. In other words, once you're an adult in Arizona, other states will recognize that you're an adult, and you can choose where you want to live. FYI, the Arizona laws on emancipation are A.R.S. 12-2451 to 12-2456, and can be found toward the bottom of here is the link.
