Question:

Are there any driving hour restrictions while driving with your permit with a licensed adult?

Answer:

With a graduated or operator permit you must be accompanied by a class A, B, C or D licensed driver, who is at least 21 years of age and occupies the seat beside you.  In order to apply for a graduated (G) driver’s license, you must complete 30 hours of driving, 10 hours of which must be at night.  Your parent or guardian must certify to this fact before you apply for your graduated driver’s license.  There are no restrictions placed on you by having the permit, but there are curfew laws that you still need to comply with.  If you are out past curfew, you will need a parent or guardian with you during that time.
