Answer: The age limit depends on the location of the road and the way the road is used. In Arizona, the Arizona Game and Fish Department regulates Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV). The Arizona Game and Fish Department says on its website that State Laws apply on many of the Forest Service roads. This means that generally a person needs to be licensed according to state law in order to be able to drive an OHV on these roads.
