What some of you teens don't understand about curfew laws is...Law enforcement knows it's mostly the college kids doing the destruction.1 am is when the drinkers start to get on the roads and basicly the 12:00am curfew is to get you inside before they hit the roads to PROTECT YOU! Not to spoil your late night fun. Just keep that in mind next time your parents want you in by 12:00am

Unfortunately, most of you kids don't know the half of it. For one thing, here in Scottsdale, nobody even enforces the curfew unless you are loitering around. Thank you! U have to be the most intelligent person i have met! FInally someone who isnt afraid to stick up to these stupid laws. The government shouldnt have a say in how late kids stay out. Its usually older kids in college that cause most problems ne ways. It should be up to the parents to control their children. Now if the children are caught doin something illegal while out...then they should be prosecuted. But curfew is a bunch of BS...my opinion.

You know, curfew is a lame attempt to make kids a scapegoat for problems that happen after dark. Most of the trouble, especially around here (Tucson), is caused by college kids. Not to stereotype too much, but it's true. If the parents don't want their kids out after a certain time, then it's their responsibility, not the state's.
