In Globe Arizona the curfew is 10 for everyone. at 24 I was given a ticket for being parked in my truck after 10. I told the cop I thought the curfew law was for under 18 he said quote" you can be 99 years old out past ten. If we believe you are not in motion with a destintation then it's a curfew violation"

I think the concept behind curfew is good (keeping kids at home when they are supposed to be) but I think it should be the parents, not the city that enforces it, becaust the parends know us better than the city does

I think there should be NO curfew laws because it is an infringement of human rights. I think if I am going to be the one living my life, I should start doing it by myself at an early age. Everybody gets into trouble when...... when they are kids, then we grow out of it.

Legal curfews are wrong. And they often aren't just for kids, they can also be for adults. The government is not my guardian. My parents decide, not them. The government is way too involved in everyone's lives, and should just back off.
