Question: Do you know what states have a drinking age that is under 21? I'm doing a research paper on alcohol and youths.

Answer: There are no states that allow drinking under the age of 21. This is a federal law and not an individual state law.

Correction: Laws concerning the consumption of alcohol are determined by the states, not the Federal government. The Federal government has influenced the states to inact laws setting the drinking age at 21, but it is not specifically a Federal law.

C) Military service isn't compulsory therefore you can't equivocate choice with right, if your given a choice it isn't necessarily reflective with the loss of a separate right. D) You can vote when your 18, and you can forc
