My room mate was charged with possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia charges. The cops were called to my apartment by noise complaint and started to knock on the door. No one got up to answer the door, they had beaten the door so hard it opened, and they clammed to have smelled weed in the room. So they began to search my apartment and found pot. They asked everyone in the room if they had been smoking pot and everyone acknowledged that they had smoked. The officers asked my friends x(4) who had just been smoking this illegal drug to drive home. Tell me how this is right?

If you don't see it on the news or personal experience open your i
