Question: If you have had a warrant for 1 year (for a traffic ticket) will it come clean when you turn 17 years of age?

Answer: If you have a warrant out on you, it would be wise to take care of it as soon as possible. Turning 17 years old will not get rid of the warrant and this could stay on your juvenile record for a very long time. This is a very serious matter, and one should not expect the courts to just forget about it just because time passes.
