I just got an MIP a couple hours ago, I hadn't been drinking but I had it on me, the thing is I am 17 years old and I didn't want to get in trouble so I told the cop I was 18 and he filled out a form for me and gave it to me and I left. However when the court date comes around I will be 18 but I am wondering what is going to happen since I kind of bent the truth on that? Will they find out I'm 17 when it happened? Will they care? Whats the worst that could happen? To lawyer or not to lawyer? Thanks, Tom.
