I disagree with Renee. I have no choice who i want to be the president but i believe that it will take several years to get out of the war. Yes, we are trying now but look at how many years we have been trying to put this to an end. Obamas purpose is to try and get us to think the war will come right to an end but it could take months even years to actually get out altogether out of iraq and the middle east. thank you.

The supreme court is the final arbitor of the lower courts. Their authority is binding on the lower courts in the same jurisdiction. Therefore, if they make a ruling the lower courts must follow their order, present and future.
